It is my pleasure to welcome you to a site devoted to the promotion of research and education in the field of Immunonutrition or the interactions between nutrition and immunology. This is a relatively new field of knowledge, being an emerging and transversal subject for evaluating metabolic changes and preventing its consequences. There is currently a large interest in studying this subject and developing its role in the fields of health preservation, mediation of inflammation and in non-communicable chronic diseases.

The International Society of Immunonutrition (ISIN) was established in 2014 with the goal of providing the conditions for expanding education on Immunonutrition, by the means of workshops, meetings, and courses, involving the most relevant experts at an international level, as well as by exchanging insights in research, knowledge and scientific ideas.
